This week-long course in Lego Robotics will equip students with skills in:
The course runs for 1 week, from Monday to Friday. All materials, including a tertiary level Lego Robotic kit will be supplied. Lunch will also be provided. At the end of the course, parents will be invited to attend an exhibition showcasing the finished robots. Kids will also be issued with a certificate and fun t-shirt.

// Monday Introduction to Lego Robotics. Students build their first robot, learn how to use mechanical Lego, and create their first program to bring their robot to life. |
// Tuesday & Wednesday –Bigger Better Robots!– Students expand and improve their new skills. They will learn simple mechanical designs and develop their programming with robot challenges. Outside the box thinking and problem solving challenges cement what they have learnt in the practical application. |
–Robot eyes– How do robots see the world? Students learn how to use touch sensors, light sensors and sound sensors to allow their robots to respond to commands and to their environments. |
// Thursday Using the skills learned during the past three days, Students will decide on a final robotics project to build. They will design, build and program this robot to be presented on the final day of the Build a Bot course. |
// Friday –Presentation Day!– Come see your child’s project as they present what they have made. Be sure to bring a camera! |
